Northstar Credit Cards Review (2026): 30 Days, 5 Orders, One Honest Verdict
Our 30-day test of Northstar Credit Cards: ordering, delivery, quality, a deliberate return and two support contacts, scored out of ten.
We spent 30 days ordering from Northstar Credit Cards – savings products, shipping labels and home insurance, paid for with our own money – returned one item on purpose, and contacted customer service twice. This is what happened.
First impressions
The site is clear, with unusually good product information. Size and specification details were complete, and the checkout accepted our verified code without drama. Instant decision, which we cleared on the first order.
Ordering and delivery
All orders dispatched within one working day. Packaging was minimal – good for the planet, fine for the products. Tracking updates were accurate to within a few hours.
Product quality
This is where Northstar Credit Cards earns its rating. Introductory offers that are honestly explained stood out immediately; clear fee schedules became apparent over the weeks. The weakest item was the home insurance, which was good but overpriced at list price.
The return
No annual fee options. We returned one item using the standard process. The label was prepaid with a small deduction, the refund arrived within a week, and nobody tried to talk us into store credit.
Customer service
Two contacts: one chat about a delivery query (answered in 7 minutes) and one email about a code that should have applied to a sale item (resolved with a manual price adjustment in 1 working days). Polite, competent, no scripts.
Value
At list price Northstar Credit Cards is fair. With a code and in the sale window it is very good value. Eligibility criteria, and add-ons pre-selected at checkout – both manageable if you know in advance.

Verdict
Northstar Credit Cards does what it says: cash-back and travel credit cards. Recommended, with the caveats above. Use a verified code – the current ones are on the Northstar Credit Cards brand page – and buy in the sale window if you can wait.
