Metrohop Transit Pass Review (2026): 90 Days, 5 Orders, One Honest Verdict
Our 90-day test of Metrohop Transit Pass: ordering, delivery, quality, a deliberate return and two support contacts, scored out of ten.
We spent 90 days ordering from Metrohop Transit Pass – luggage, tours and city passes, paid for with our own money – returned one item on purpose, and contacted customer service twice. This is what happened.
First impressions
The site is clear, with unusually good product information. Size and specification details were complete, and the checkout accepted our verified code without drama. Mobile tickets, which we cleared on the first order.
Ordering and delivery
All orders dispatched within one working day. Packaging was recyclable and appropriately sized. Tracking updates were accurate to within a few hours.
Product quality
This is where Metrohop Transit Pass earns its rating. Transparent total pricing stood out immediately; regular member-only rates became apparent over the weeks. The weakest item was the city passes, which was good but overpriced at list price.
The return
Refund before activation. We returned one item using the standard process. The label was prepaid with a small deduction, the refund arrived within a week, and nobody tried to talk us into store credit.
Customer service
Two contacts: one chat about a delivery query (answered in 3 minutes) and one email about a code that should have applied to a sale item (resolved with a manual price adjustment in 3 working days). Polite, competent, no scripts.
Value
At list price Metrohop Transit Pass is competitive. With a code and in the sale window it is clearly worth it. Card fees on some payment methods, and support queues during disruption – both manageable if you know in advance.

Verdict
Metrohop Transit Pass does what it says: city passes and attraction bundles. A safe choice for the core range. Use a verified code – the current ones are on the Metrohop Transit Pass brand page – and buy in the sale window if you can wait.
