Tested: Dermaroute – Quality, Delivery, Returns and Real Prices
Our 60-day test of Dermaroute: ordering, delivery, quality, a deliberate return and two support contacts, scored out of ten.
We spent 60 days ordering from Dermaroute – fragrance, SPF and haircare, paid for with our own money – returned one item on purpose, and contacted customer service twice. This is what happened.
First impressions
The site is well organised, if a little heavy on pop-ups. Size and specification details were complete, and the checkout accepted our verified code without drama. Free over A$80, which we cleared on the first order.
Ordering and delivery
All orders dispatched within one working day. Packaging was sturdy without being wasteful. Tracking updates were accurate to within a few hours.
Product quality
This is where Dermaroute earns its rating. Generous sample and set pricing stood out immediately; ingredient transparency became apparent over the weeks. The weakest item was the haircare, which was fine but unremarkable.
The return
30 days. We returned one item using the standard process. The label was free in the home market, the refund arrived in five days, and nobody tried to talk us into store credit.
Customer service
Two contacts: one chat about a delivery query (answered in 6 minutes) and one email about a code that should have applied to a sale item (resolved with a manual price adjustment in 2 working days). Polite, competent, no scripts.
Value
At list price Dermaroute is fair. With a code and in the sale window it is hard to beat in its category. Shade matching online remains imperfect, and sets sometimes include fillers – both manageable if you know in advance.

Verdict
Dermaroute does what it says: clinical skincare, prescription-strength. We would order again without hesitation. Use a verified code – the current ones are on the Dermaroute brand page – and buy in the sale window if you can wait.
