Tested: Trailpup Gear – Quality, Delivery, Returns and Real Prices
Our 45-day test of Trailpup Gear: ordering, delivery, quality, a deliberate return and two support contacts, scored out of ten.
We spent 45 days ordering from Trailpup Gear – toys, harnesses and litter, paid for with our own money – returned one item on purpose, and contacted customer service twice. This is what happened.
First impressions
The site is well organised, if a little heavy on pop-ups. Size and specification details were complete, and the checkout accepted our verified code without drama. Free over C$60, which we cleared on the first order.
Ordering and delivery
All orders dispatched within two working days. Packaging was recyclable and appropriately sized. Tracking updates were accurate to within a few hours.
Product quality
This is where Trailpup Gear earns its rating. Ingredient and material transparency stood out immediately; satisfaction guarantees became apparent over the weeks. The weakest item was the litter, which was fine but unremarkable.
The return
60 days. We returned one item using the standard process. The label was free, the refund arrived within a week, and nobody tried to talk us into store credit.
Customer service
Two contacts: one chat about a delivery query (answered in 4 minutes) and one email about a code that should have applied to a sale item (resolved with a manual price adjustment in 1 working days). Polite, competent, no scripts.
Value
At list price Trailpup Gear is competitive. With a code and in the sale window it is very good value. Subscription-only pricing on some products, and regional delivery limits – both manageable if you know in advance.

Verdict
Trailpup Gear does what it says: harnesses and gear for adventurous dogs. We would order again without hesitation. Use a verified code – the current ones are on the Trailpup Gear brand page – and buy in the sale window if you can wait.
